Hem could be "fixed" in different way.

UPD.: I'm about 165cm and was wearing 14cm heels. Also, I was wearing a bigger underskirt which adds about 7-10 cm to the dress if you wear it without underskirt or with a smaller one.

Bust is 92cm (consideing the zip starts lower that the bust line, you, so with my 95 it was perfectly fine.
Waist is 75cm. Length from the bust line is 108 cm at the front.
